We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior UI/UX Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements, and building navigation components. Your expertise in design software and wireframe tools, coupled with a portfolio showcasing your professional design projects, will be valuable assets in this position.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain consistent brand symmetry across all communication channels, including websites, social media, and online collateral.
• Create simple and engaging experiences for desktop, web, and mobile platforms, focusing on complex applications.
• Generate wireframes, workflows, and interaction specifications to guide design implementation.
• Present design proposals supported by research and data.
• Design beautiful graphics and icons that visually communicate complex concepts and use cases in an easily understandable way.
• Achieve consensus among stakeholders and developers without compromising the strategic design direction.

Must-Haves:

• Minimum of five years of experience designing UI, websites, and online materials.
• Proficiency in WordPress design and templating.
• Highly desired experience in video animation.
• Minimum of two years of experience working with UX design methodologies for user research, design, and validation.
• Technical knowledge to understand the technical requirements of proposals and provide viable solutions.
• Familiarity with wireframing tools such as Adobe XD, Axure RP, etc.
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Suite.
• Creative thinking to develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts.
• Experience designing PowerPoint (PPT) and commercial presentations.
• Experience building websites using WordPress.
• Strong teamwork skills, self-motivated, and driven.
• Effective communication skills in written and oral English.
• Portfolio showcasing design works.

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory):

• Experience with user research methods such as usability testing and user interviews.
• Familiarity with design methodologies like agile and design thinking.
