  1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  2. Utilize various sourcing channels, including online platforms, job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
  3. Conduct thorough screening of resumes and applications, assessing candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  4. Proactively source and engage passive candidates through networking, cold calling, and other innovative sourcing techniques.
  5. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  6. Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates' technical competencies, experience, and cultural fit.
  7. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback to candidates.
  8. Conduct reference checks and employment verifications to ensure the authenticity of candidate information.
  9. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for selected candidates.
  10. Stay updated with industry trends, market insights, and recruitment best practices to continuously improve sourcing strategies and candidate experience.


  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Recruitment Specialist or in a similar talent acquisition role, with a focus on sourcing.
  3. Strong background in utilizing various sourcing techniques, including online platforms, job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  4. Proven track record of successfully identifying and attracting high-quality candidates for diverse positions.
  5. Excellent knowledge of recruitment processes, including candidate screening, interviewing, and assessment.
  6. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and build relationships.
  8. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  9. Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting recruitment goals and delivering a positive candidate experience.
  10. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in a professional manner.
