- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including online platforms, job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct thorough screening of resumes and applications, assessing candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates through networking, cold calling, and other innovative sourcing techniques.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates' technical competencies, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback to candidates.
- Conduct reference checks and employment verifications to ensure the authenticity of candidate information.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for selected candidates.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market insights, and recruitment best practices to continuously improve sourcing strategies and candidate experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Recruitment Specialist or in a similar talent acquisition role, with a focus on sourcing.
- Strong background in utilizing various sourcing techniques, including online platforms, job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and attracting high-quality candidates for diverse positions.
- Excellent knowledge of recruitment processes, including candidate screening, interviewing, and assessment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and build relationships.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting recruitment goals and delivering a positive candidate experience.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in a professional manner.
