Marketing Assistant at Cedarside Industries, Inc.

Provide assistance to the Account Executives in carrying out the sales and marketing function.
Answer telephone calls, takes messages in the absence of the Account Executives.
Prepare quotations for all product requirements of customer.
Prepare transmittals, billings and invoices as per requirement.
Provide quality customer service to regular customers and inquiries.
Manage and process all correspondences.
Follow up Account Receivables.
Schedule and coordinate basic service requirement for customers.

Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accountancy and other related courses
Knowledgeable in computer operations with above average verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organized, keen to details, flexible and self-motivated
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferably with experience but fresh graduates/ entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
