  • Identify, evaluate, and understand all regulatory issuances of the BSP and AMLC, and disseminate the same to all concerned departments and officers.
  • Prepare and draft all AML/KYC-related policies and procedures to be used by all concerned departments as well as revise them as necessary.
  • Set thresholds for AML/CTF rules for implementation in its transaction monitoring systems to detect suspicious transactions.
  • Ensure that the KYC/CDD policies and procedures are implemented in the onboarding of users.
  • Ensure that the Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Prevention Program (MTPP) is being implemented across the organization and is revised if new AML regulations are issued by the BSP and AMLC.
  • Prepare and submit Covered Transactions and Suspicious Transactions reports to the AMLC based on prescribed timelines and frequencies.
  • Act as a point person with respect to AML and KYC in the conduct of the BSP examination as well as monitor the resolutions being undertaken by the company to mitigate the risk of non-compliance or regulatory violations.
  • Assist the Chief Legal and Compliance Officer (CLCO) and/or the Legal and Compliance Manager (LCM) in the preparation and submission of Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) reportorial compliance.
  • Assist the CLCO and/or the LCM in the preparation of programs, processes, policies, and other regulatory documents required by BSP.
  • Responsible for the monitoring of pending applications with BSP.
  • In charge of the filing and submission of applications, registrations, and/or renewals with BSP.
  • Manage external relations with BSP.
  • Other tasks may be assigned from time to time by the CLCO.


  • BS Accountancy or another relevant/equivalent course; Juris Doctor
  • Must have at least 3-5 years of experience in corporate housekeeping with AML and BSP regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent organizational skills, proficient communications skills, effective problem-solving skills, assessment & interpretation skills, critical thinking ability, creativity, integrity, strong people skills, up-to-date knowledge of business technology and IT, and sound understanding of regulatory guidelines and security policies.
  • Hardworking, fast learner, team player, and can work under pressure.
  • Computer skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Candidate must be amenable to work fully on-site at BGC, Taguig.
