JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for the development and operationalization of the program strategy through the implementation and coordination of specific projects.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES
- Responsible for ensuring effective implementation of the project’s activities and task assigned to attain goals and objectives of the organization.
- Participates in developing project proposals and project documentation.
- Undertake other program administration tasks as and when necessary.
- Conduct regular visits to project sites to monitor the implementation of activities, gather feedback from beneficiaries and submit detailed report about the activities and findings.
- Assist in tracking project performance at community level and report, monitor and follow up on project activities.
- Support the Monitoring and Evaluation in the tracking of outcome of activities evidenced by accurate data to enhance quality of reporting.
- Performs program promotion and marketing activities.
- Build positive relationships with community grant recipients and other stakeholders.
- Support advocacy and the enhancement of Telstra’s community reputation as a socially responsible and community-minded company by promoting its community contribution.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION GUIDELINES
Education: University degree in any field of study; Business Administration, Development Studies, Social Sciences, or related field.
Experience: Preferably with at least 1-3 years of experience and involvement in local or community development, corporate-community partnership/CSR, related subjects
Skills: Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders at various levels; Strong project administrative skills; Time management, coordination of tasks, efficient work practices; High level interpersonal communication and presentation skills; Excellent computer literacy and well-developed technology skills.
