Business Analyst

Job Description:

• Develop audit engagement plan and audit program target at relevant risks in the IT and Business process areas by Cebu Pacific Internal Audit Methodology.
• Evaluate the design and operational effectiveness of the information technology control for IT infrastructure and business applications.
• leverage knowledge of IT system and process to participate in the planning and execution of IT systems and processes to participate and execution of audit programs for IT integrated audit for financial operational and compliance audits.
• Share expertise with audit team and advise Information Technology Department on information system control best practices to improve risk management.
• Communicate and report on control deficiencies, non-compliance with internal policies and procedures, law, regulations, service agreement, and contracts.
• Monitor the status of audit recommendations and appraise the adequacy of actions taken on audit findings and recommendations.
• Identify training needs with respect to auditing approaches, tools, and techniques and remain current through an ongoing commitment to participation in learning and development.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with audit customers.

PJob Qualifications/Must have:

• IT related course graduate
• 4-5yrs. Work experience as a Business Analyst
• With good communication skills
• With good analytical skills
• Process oriented
• Age : late 20’s to 35
• Patient, organized, hardworking, multi-tasking
• Advanced documentation experience as BA including process preparation
• Scoping/requirements gathering, testing, end-user training
• With system implementation

Good to have:

• With good scholastic record
• Knowledge in SAP is a plus

Willing for Hybrid work set up 3 days onsite 2 days WFH
