Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Boss Cargo Express, an up-coming player in the logistics industry. The BD Executive will play a critical role in expanding our customer base, fostering client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. This position demands a strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing top-notch logistics solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential client.
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs and preferences.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships through regular communication and meetings.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and provide prompt solutions.
  • Understand and meet the unique requirements of clients by customizing logistics solutions.
  • Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to secure new contracts and maintain existing business relationships.
  • Ensure that all negotiations align with company policies and profitability goals.
  • Prepare and manage contracts, agreements, and other sales-related documents.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities, communications, and client interactions.
