- Provide customer support to company customers in the Philippines.
- Build and maintain good relationships and community building efforts with company's customers
- Guiding our customers with concerns, with a primary focus on ALL the company's service.
- Manage product and service enquiries and any customer issues arising from our customers
- Providing email and voice support for end-users.
- At least 6 months of working experience in Customer Service (Preferably)
- Completed at least 2 yrs of college education.
- Experience in Email and Voice is required.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft products such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word;
- Creativity skills, and excellent verbal/written communication skills in Filipino
- Ability to communicate results to management and in a fast-paced environment
- Can thrive under minimal supervision.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
- Willing to work onsite (Ortigas, Pasig)
- Preferred candidates are those residing near Ortigas.
