Relevant Experience & Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or Information Technology/Accounting and/or Banking Management
· 5 years of experience as a business analyst preferably for the banking sector and financial services sector
· Experienced is resolving L3 production incident and problems, QA test cases, scenario, and script, UAT and test cycles management.
· Experience with project management lifecycle and systems development cycle
· Experience working with ITIL, and Agile frameworks.
· Able to liaise with multiple stakeholders as well as relevant IT teams to develop widely accepted and effective solutions.
· Strong stakeholder management skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
· Numerical, analytical and ability to take decision based on data analysis.
· Working experience on banking and financial transaction applications is a plus
· Working knowledge of one of the following solutions is a plus: Summit, Loan IQ, Credit Lens, CRM Dynamics 365, Office 365, ServiceNow, Azure Dev ops and Datadog
· Working experience with any of the following technology is a plus: SQL, PowerBI, Excel, python, C#, camunda
Responsibilities:
Solutions design and development:
· Communicates with clients to understand their needs and recommend solutions that meet those needs.
· Analyzes the costs and benefits of different solutions, including possible impacts on performance and security.
· Designs and implements solutions based on client needs by leading development teams to create new solutions or improve existing ones.
· Develops technical documentation such as design specifications or solution proposals.
Operations and Support:
· Manages change control process in collaboration with the change advisory board (CAB).
· Assist with L3 production support in close cooperation with the designated managed service provider and team.
· Provide expertise for incident and problem management. Lead root cause analysis (RCA) to avoid incidents from re-occurring.
· Maintains platform and technical documentation.
Compliance & continuous improvements:
· Analyzes existing architectures to ensure solutions are in line with overall enterprise architecture and recommend improvements or identify weaknesses.
· Ensures that assigned application systems are developed in adherence to ADB's project standards and methods. Apply modern software development methodologies, including agile, DevOps, test automation, and CI/CD (continuous integration/continuous delivery).
· Ensures that solutions are in compliance with the security framework and that data is safe from unauthorized access.
· Tracks client feedback to ensure satisfaction with the service provided. Identify opportunities for improvement in existing solutions and recommend changes to be implemented.
· Develop strong relationships and regularly communicate with stakeholders, customers and vendors to shape the product strategy.
