Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough research on target markets, industry trends and competitors to identify the right prospects and create buyer personas and ideal partners' profiles.
  • Reach out to prospects, understand prospects' needs and position our offerings as a solution which solves their pain points.
  • Work closely with the Business Development team, and create and update sales materials such as proposals, presentations, and demonstrations tailored to prospective clients' needs.
  • Oversee and maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM)system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Timely reply to inquiries and ensure follow-up from existing and potential clients and partners through telephone, e-mail, and other working applications.
  • Assist in the preparation, management and tracking of sales and partnership contracts, agreements and documents.
  • Responsible for maintaining and developing good relationships with existing clients and partners through regular contact.
  • Support the onboarding and training of new BD members on tools, processes, and systems.
  • Streamline sales processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness, including lead generation and closing.
  • Prepare and generate reports on a regular basis by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information to the BD team and management team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing and Communications, or Computer Science related majors;
  • 1-3 years of working experience in sales, sales support or business development at an internet Web2/Web3 company;
  • An understanding and passion for the Web 3.0, blockchain, crypto, and NFT spaces;
  • Have a client-oriented mindset and an acumen for understanding and addressing client needs and wants;
  • Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Strong business sense and a commitment to excellence/high standards;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international, dynamic environment;
  • Based in Manila, Philippines.
