Game Software Engineer (iGaming) - Assistant Manager

This position requires a combination of strong leadership and technical skills to drive the success of the game development process. Additionally, the Software Engineer - Assistant Manager is responsible for fostering the growth and development of the team, ensuring a cohesive and productive working environment.

•            Strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of effectively managing and developing software engineering teams.

•            At least six (6) years of relevant working experience is desired.

•            Solid technical knowledge and expertise in programming languages, such as C++, C#, Java, or Python, and experience with game engines, frameworks, and tools.

•            Solid understanding of software development methodologies, agile practices, and version control systems.

•            Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a detail-oriented approach to software design and debugging.

•            Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

•            Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing project requirements.

•            Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.

•            Proven experience in game software development, with a strong background in programming and software engineering.

•            Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of engineers.

•            Extensive knowledge of game engines, frameworks, and development tools, such as Unity or Unreal Engine.

•            Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure.

•            Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

•            Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on project goals and timelines.

•            Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of game mechanics, player experience, and industry trends.
