Responsibilities:


  • Strategic Business Growth: Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with external stakeholders and networks to enhance MWT Australia's presence in the Philippines within the education consultancy sector.
  • Effective Marketing Strategies: Develop and execute impactful marketing strategies to achieve monthly student recruitment targets, applying innovative enrollment strategies to elevate our educational services.
  • Sales Channel Management: Establish and manage a channel of sales in the Philippines, acting as the primary contact for prospective leads and providing timely feedback to optimize student migration processes, including account management duties.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Act as the primary point of contact for all student inquiries in the Philippines, ensuring an excellent customer service experience throughout the student recruitment process.
  • Digital Engagement: Manage social media platforms and execute engaging marketing campaigns in the Philippines, fostering a vibrant online environment for our educational services.
  • Market Dynamics Mastery: Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities, staying updated on industry trends in the education sector and student migration.
  • Lead Generation and Conversion: Generate leads and convert them into successful student enrollments by executing lead generation and conversion strategies, reflecting a commitment to business growth.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Provide ongoing training and support to external stakeholders and networks, ensuring their effective collaboration with MWT Australia in our vibrant team environment.
  • Collaboration with RMA's: Collaborate with MWT Australia's Registered Migration Agents (RMA's) to facilitate the student visa application process, including the preparation of Statement of Purpose (SOPs) and other necessary documentation.
