Social Media Director

The social media director is responsible for the overall supervision of all Casino Plus social media platforms as well as the overall supervision to all personnel under its department. He/She is responsible for creating strategies and data analytics. He/She is also responsible in handling influencers and monitoring their performances. He/She is mandated to recommend celebrities and influencers for social media content. Further, he/she is responsible in proposing different software and partnering with different agencies to better the brand/performance of Casino Plus through the social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Overall management to all Casino Plus social media accounts by designing and implementing social media strategy to align with the company's goal.
• Overall supervision to all social media personnel.
• Management and supervision of social media boosting.
• Identify and propose opportunities to increase brand exposure for the company
• Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
• Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency.
• Oversee social media accounts design.
• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, such promotions and competitions.

Job Requirements:

• Educational attainment: College Graduate of Mass Communication, Advertising, or Marketing course.
• Experience: With 5 years experience in social media managing
• Manage a social media platform with almost a million followers
• Skills: Superb Communication skills, Problem Solver, Team Leader, Project Management, Organization, Conflict Resolution, Technical Knowledge, Network/outreach, Collaboration, Execution
• Should be knowledgeable to different social media platforms;
• Should have experiences working in a casino industry;
• Should be knowledgeable to the taste of Filipino, particularly high rollers;
• Should have experiences in handling events
