Sales Manager at Delta Milling Inc.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales.
Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
Negotiate and close agreements with customers.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with client's needs.
Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales.
Any other duties as assigned by the company.

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s / College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management/Commerce, Food Technology/Nutrition /Dietetics, Chemistry, Engineering (Chemical) or equivalent
Preferably Sales Assistant Manager / Sales Manager with at least 5 years (s) experience in Sales and Marketing in Retail/General of food-based products or in the field of food manufacturing is required for this position.
Strong experience in all aspects of sales, including growth strategies, development, and business planning
With exceptional negotiation skills and an excellent track record of achieving sales
Computer proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
With strong analytical and leadership skills in sales and marketing
Must have keen attention to detail and be able to positively influence others to achieve positive results when dealing with clients
Innovative, with excellent verbal and written communication skills plus a strong personality
Must be able to work independently and have experience to lead with strong commitment to develop an operations team, supervising managers, training staff team building and, achieving financial performance
Can work under pressure and is flexible with strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
