PARTNERS & ALLIANCES MANAGER Job Description
Primary Function
The Partners and Alliances Manager (PAM) is responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing strategic partnerships to drive business growth and enhance the value proposition of the company’s Data and Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions. This role requires a strong combination of business acumen, relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of the data analytics and AI landscape.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Partnership Development:
- Identify and evaluate potential partners, considering strategic alignment and mutual business objectives.
- Develop and nurture relationships with key partners (AWS, Microsoft, Crayon, etc), including technology providers, resellers, and strategic alliances.
• Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute a comprehensive partnerships and alliances strategy.
- Contribute to the development of go-to-market plans that leverage partner strengths and capabilities.
• Negotiation and Contract Management:
- Lead negotiations with potential partners to establish mutually beneficial agreements.Draft, review, and manage partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and legal requirements.
• Partner Enablement:
- Work closely with partners to ensure they are equipped with the necessary resources, training, and support to effectively market and sell our data analytics solutions.
- Develop and execute joint marketing initiatives and co-selling programs.
• Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for partnerships and alliances.
- Monitor and report on the performance of partnerships, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience in partnerships and alliances management within the technology or data analytics industry.
• Strong understanding of data analytics solutions and their application in various industries.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
• Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding partnership goals.
• Familiarity with contract law and experience in contract negotiation
