Senior Business Analyst

Senior business analyst provides linkage between the client’s business and technical staff regarding the project requirements throughout the development life-cycle.

• Gathering and writing business requirements
• Review end-to-end systems and processes
• Understand the needs of the customer and generate documented requirements including functional and non-functional objectives
• Manage the lifecycle of a product requirement and communicate status/issues/gaps to the stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with the end customer and understand measures for success on the needs of the customer
• Work closely with the software engineering team to ensure their understanding of the requirements and set measures for success as and when required
• Provide clarifications on the product requirements to the engineering teams during the development life cycle
• Review deliverables participate in product demonstrations and provide review comments.
• Participate in customer discussions around future and current plans for the product.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• A Master’s Degree is a plus.
• Software development background.
• Extensive experience with analysis, and strategic thinking ability.
• 3- 5 years of related hands-on work experience as a Business Analyst, with a track record of progressively increasing responsibilities.
