Responsibilities:


Core Leadership and Development:


1. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Wealth Executive Associates to achieve individual and team targets.

2. Provide guidance on effective sales techniques, financial planning strategies, and client engagement.

3. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback for advisor development.

4. Organize training sessions, workshops, and coaching to enhance team knowledge and skills.

5. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture focused on achieving unit goals.


Sales and Business Development:


1. Drive unit sales performance by setting ambitious targets and developing effective sales strategies.

2. Monitor team sales activities, pipelines, and conversion rates to ensure targets are met.

3. Lead by example through active participation in sales meetings, client engagements, and prospecting.

4. Collaborate with the Sales Director to develop unit-level marketing and promotion initiatives.

5. Identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships to expand the unit's client base.


Client Relationship Management:


1. Assist Wealth Executive Associates in building and nurturing client relationships based on trust and professionalism.

2. Participate in client meetings to provide expert financial advice and solutions.

3. Address escalated client inquiries or concerns, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.

4. Conduct periodic reviews of client portfolios alongside Wealth Executive Associates, offering insights and recommendations.

5. Maintain a high level of client satisfaction and retention within the unit.


Operational Management:


1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the unit, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

2. Monitor unit budgets, expenses, and revenue targets, taking corrective actions as needed.

3. Collaborate with internal departments such as Compliance and Operations to ensure regulatory compliance.

4. Prepare regular reports on unit performance, sales forecasts, and key metrics for management review.

5. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes affecting the unit.


Qualifications:


1. Bachelor's degree or any related course

2. Proven track record in sales management, or related roles.

3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.

4. Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English and Filipino.

5. In-depth knowledge of Philippine financial products, markets, and regulatory requirements.

6. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a drive for continuous improvement.

Experience:


1.    Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in sales management, or related roles.

2.    Proven track record of leading high-performing teams to achieve sales targets and client satisfaction.

3.    Extensive knowledge of Philippine financial products, markets, and regulatory environment.

4.    Experience in developing and executing sales strategies in the financial services industry.
