UI/UX Designer at Insoft Services Philippines

Develops a standard design framework for the Company to systemize and streamline customer engagements.
Strikes a balance between aesthetics and functionality, especially usability and accessibility.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to define and/or gather user or client requirements and brand guidelines, if there are any, and project objectives.
Develops wireframes, prototypes, and mockups; conducts tests; and solicits user/client feedback to improve or refine designs to ensure exceptional user or client experience and satisfaction.
Develops functional designs in Figma and/or other interface design applications that can be used by the developers for a wide array of projects, both internally and externally (for client requirements).
Builds a library of reusable design components for future reference and use, using Figma and/or other interface design applications.
Regularly checks the market for industry standards, best practices, new technologies, and trends in UI/UX/HC designs.
Gathers data, conducts analyses, and presents reports to the immediate head, team members, and other stakeholders on the progression of current projects or initiatives, and market status quo and projections, in aid of better Management decision-making.
Perform other tasks needed to successfully function the role and/or a project
Perform ad hoc tasks delegated to the immediate head, the CEO, and anyone deputized by the CEO for such purpose.

Educational background in Creatives or Graphics Design or anything similar is preferred but not required.
A minimum of five years of experience in UX/UX/HC design.
A strong portfolio of projects that showcase the expert application of UX/UX/HC design skills.
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3 (including frameworks like Tailwind CSS), and JavaScript among others.
Proven expertise in the likes of Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, etc.
Project management experience is highly preferred but not required.
Experience in WordPress and Laravel is preferred but not required.
Amenability to work on a part-time or on-call basis.
Amenability to work on Central European Time (4 p.m. to 12 a.m., Manila Time).
