1. Expo Participation and Merchant Onboarding:
- Identify and evaluate major expos and industry events in the Philippines that align with the company's goals and target audience.
- Develop comprehensive strategies for participation in expos, including booth design, collateral preparation, and engagement activities.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to coordinate merchant onboarding during expos, ensuring smooth integration and impactful merchant interactions.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities within the expo circuit to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
2. Media Coverage and Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with both traditional and new media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure consistent and positive media coverage.
- Develop and execute media outreach plans to ensure our business and product launches receive widespread coverage.
- Collaborate with internal teams to craft compelling press releases, pitches, and other media materials.
- Act as a company spokesperson when interacting with media representatives, ensuring clear and accurate communication of our brand message.
3. Content Creation and Digital Marketing:
- Generate high-quality content for the company's website, social media platforms, and other digital channels to engage our target audience and amplify brand visibility.
- Create and curate a content calendar that aligns with the company's marketing objectives, product launches, and industry trends.
- Develop captivating and informative content that resonates with our audience, including articles, blog posts, videos, infographics, and more.
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to refine strategies and optimize engagement levels.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in marketing roles, with a focus on expo participation, media relations, and content creation.
- Proven track record of successfully executing expo participation strategies, including merchant onboarding and engagement.
- Strong network of media contacts, both traditional and digital, with demonstrated experience in securing media coverage.
- Proficiency in crafting compelling and impactful content for various platforms, including websites and social media.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and social media management tools.
- Familiarity with market research, competitive analysis, and industry trends.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
- Strong project management skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with reputable companies or well-known brands is preferred.
