Application Development Team Lead at We Search @ Searchers & Staffers Corp.

Work together with the system analysts and project team members to improve the solution design's quality from functional to technical requirements.
Presides over team meetings concerning development standards and technical analysis.
Using a variety of programming languages and platforms, translate functional and technical requirements into sets of feasible programming codes that adhere to coding standards and GUIs.
Makes certain that all updated or most recent source codes are safely kept and have backups.
Creates and examines SQL statements as well as other database components, including views, triggers, stored procedures, and functions.
Continue to watch and evaluate ongoing progress.
Assist in determining likely causes and offer prompt fixes to defects, problems, or events within SLA
Investigate and recommend new technology support, knowledge base improvements, and software development platform upgrades.

Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/Systems. Computer Science /Engineering or any relevant courses.
With at least 3-5 years of Programming exposures.
Has in-depth knowledge in Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Familiar with C# .Net Core Web Application, API and MVC Framework.
Proficient in SQL Server database.
Has exposure in leading software management team.
