The Senior Marketing Executive / Marketing Lead at Fizen.io will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our company’s goals and values. This position requires a unique blend of expertise in both traditional (Web2) and blockchain-based (Web3) marketing methods. The ideal candidate will be dynamic, and innovative with a proven track record of success in the blockchain project space, demonstrating an ability to merge the worlds of Web2 and Web3 marketing strategies effectively.
- Strategic: Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness and adoption of Fizen.io's super app.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee digital advertising campaigns, ensuring they are creative, SEO-oriented, targeted, and efficient, leading to measurable growth.
- Public Relations: Manage traditional PR activities, crafting compelling narratives that resonate with both crypto-savvy and mainstream audiences.
- Social Networking: Spearheaded the development of our social media presence across various platforms, engaging with the community, fostering positive relationships, and monitoring social network sentiment to ensure brand messages are positively received and misconceptions are quickly addressed.
- Tokenomics Understanding: Have a deep understanding of token and tokenomics principles to communicate the value proposition of Fizen.io's offerings effectively.
- Community Building: Lead efforts in building and nurturing a vibrant, engaged community around Fizen.io, leveraging platforms and techniques unique to the Web3 ecosystem.
- Representation and Engagement: Act as a primary representative of Fizen.io, pitching to investors, forging partnerships, and participating in various public engagements such as AMAs, interviews, and industry events to elevate brand visibility and credibility.
- Proven experience and a successful track record in marketing within the blockchain/crypto project space (Minimum of 03 years as a manager/team leader)
- Strong understanding of both traditional (Web2) marketing channels and innovative (Web3) marketing strategies, including digital ads, PR, social networking, and community building.
- Ability to analyze traffic data and use it to inform marketing strategies.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Passion for blockchain technology and its potential to transform industries.
