- Analyze customer issues and/or concern and communication with the customer updates and/or resolution.
- Provide hourly, daily, weekly, monthly reports on incidents and as required. (Rotational shift).
- Work closely with Client related issues, answer calls and support clients for all concerns and requests.
- Monitor all running system/applications, including client applications when possible and report/react to abnormal or unusual observations.
- Maintain positive and proactive relationships with customers.
- Escalate the next level customer issues and/or concern if warranted and appropriate.
- Willing to do shift rotation and extended work time when needed.
- Knowledgeable in (MS Office, Excel) and Familiarity with the use of customer service system is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Strong Analytical, Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong character and should be able to handle disappointments, frustrations and adjust accordingly.
- Should be stable and able to commit and fulfill the commitment no matter what.
- Familiarity in Financial Technology industry is a plus.
