  • Analyze customer issues and/or concern and communication with the customer updates and/or resolution.
  • Provide hourly, daily, weekly, monthly reports on incidents and as required. (Rotational shift).
  • Work closely with Client related issues, answer calls and support clients for all concerns and requests.
  • Monitor all running system/applications, including client applications when possible and report/react to abnormal or unusual observations.
  • Maintain positive and proactive relationships with customers.
  • Escalate the next level customer issues and/or concern if warranted and appropriate.
  • Willing to do shift rotation and extended work time when needed.
  • Knowledgeable in (MS Office, Excel) and Familiarity with the use of customer service system is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Strong Analytical, Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong character and should be able to handle disappointments, frustrations and adjust accordingly.
  • Should be stable and able to commit and fulfill the commitment no matter what.
  • Familiarity in Financial Technology industry is a plus.
