To develop, establish and maintain marketing plans, programs & strategies to meet organizational objectives. Effective management of the marketing, advertising and promotional activities of Grimalkin Corporation.
II. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Planning of Marketing Activities
- Develop effective marketing plans to support sales programs
- Use effective marketing tools to come up with marketing plans:
- Determine what is the effective pricing strategy to achieve maximum market impact.
Implement effective Marketing Activities
- Insure a strong marketing organization capable of pushing planned marketing activities
- Use effective media to deliver marketing plans
- Establish, propose and monitor the right budget to insure effective marketing activities
- Insure that marketing plans are in synch with sales objectives.
- Regularly visit the market to see actual ground conditions.
Review result of Marketing Program
- Regularly review and update all marketing programs to adapt to changing market conditions
- Get and review weekly, monthly, annual sales figures by SKU and Area to see where there are gaps in the sales performance needing marketing intervention.
Problem identification
- Act as the problem solver of the Company by proactively identifying problem areas in:
Competitive activities, pricing issues, Key account performance, Promotional activities
Solution Provider
- Act as the primary solution provider of the Company by proactively offering solutions to problem identified above.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Sales & Marketing or equivalent.
- With at least two (2) year related experience or training in Brand Management & Marketing in the Branded Retail / FMCG Industry
- Good administration & organizational skills; Effective Project Management Skills
- Has a good presentation skills & exceptionally strong interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, a quick learner, proactive, persistent, an achiever.
- Computer literate and very knowledgeable in MS-Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Possesses a well-rounded, pleasant personality
- Interrelates well with people of various background; likes to meet and deal with people.
- Shows high degree of self-confidence and maturity and projects a strong sense of leadership.
- Must be very creative – product concepts, designs, brand management and marketing strategies.
- Candidate must have a good command of written and English communication skill.
