We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the sticker printing sector. Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

- Manage and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.
- Conduct regular training sessions to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Sales Performance Monitoring:
- Track and analyze sales metrics to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
- Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to remain competitive.
- Collaboration with Other Departments:
- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment on product offerings and promotions.
- Collaborate on marketing campaigns to drive sales and brand awareness.
- Negotiation and Closing:
- Lead negotiations with clients and close sales deals effectively.
- Manage pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness while maximizing profitability.
- Customer Service Excellence:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the printing or advertising industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
