Social Media Platform Management:
- Manage and operate social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, etc.) to promote China travel products.
- Create and maintain a content calendar, regularly publishing high-quality, engaging content showcasing popular China travel destinations, culture, activities, and cuisine.
Content Planning and Creation:
- Plan and create creative social media content, including images, short videos, live streams, and user-generated content, to attract Filipino customers.
- Write travel-related blogs or posts that highlight China's travel features and resonate with the target audience.
Advertising and Promotion:
- Develop and execute social media advertising strategies, setting target audiences and budgets to optimize ad performance.
- Plan and implement online promotional activities to engage users and increase conversion rates.
User Interaction and Community Management:
- Interact with followers and potential customers by responding to comments and messages, addressing inquiries, and enhancing brand loyalty.
- Develop and maintain a social media community, encouraging users to share their travel experiences and generate word-of-mouth promotion.
Data Monitoring and Analysis:
- Monitor the effectiveness of social media operations, analyzing key metrics such as engagement, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
- Adjust social media strategies based on data feedback and provide regular reports to optimize marketing efforts.
Brand Partnerships and Promotion:
- Identify and collaborate with influencers, travel bloggers, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to increase brand exposure across multiple platforms.
Education Background
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related fields.
Work Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in the travel or digital marketing industry.
- Experience managing and optimizing social media ad campaigns, and familiarity with platform analytics tools.
Social Media Management Skills
- Proficient in using major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and understanding each platform's characteristics and user behaviors.
- Able to use social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
Language Skills
- Fluent in English and Filipino, with the ability to write concise and engaging content. Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
Creativity and Content Production
- Strong creative thinking and content creation skills, with the ability to attract the target audience through visual and written content.
- Basic skills in video editing, image editing, and other design-related tasks.
Data Analysis and Problem-Solving
- Able to analyze social media date and make adjustments to optimize content and ad campaigns.
- Proficient in using market trends and data to create flexible operational strategies.
Understanding of China Travel Market
- Familiarity with China' travel destination, culture, and market demand, with the ability to accurately promote to the Filipino market.
