  • Campaign Development & Execution: Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and in-store channels to drive product awareness and customer engagement.
  • Content Creation: Develop, curate, and manage content for social media, blogs, and newsletters, focusing on both product and franchising content. Ensure brand consistency and engaging messaging across all platforms.
  • Social Media & Digital Marketing: Monitor and engage with customers across social media channels. Manage social media ad placements, analyze performance, and adjust strategies to increase brand reach and franchise inquiries.
  • Franchise Marketing Support: Support the Franchising team by creating targeted marketing materials for franchise expos, presentations, and lead generation efforts. Collaborate on strategies to attract franchisees and support franchise growth.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and franchise market studies to stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences. Identify new marketing and franchising opportunities.
  • Partnership Coordination: Assist with the Partner Outlet Program and franchisee marketing support. Work with local businesses and influencers to promote Dingras Empanada as the preferred choice for pasalubong and franchise investment.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing marketing events, promotions, and franchise showcases. Manage event logistics, materials, and branding for successful campaigns.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Track and analyze campaign and franchise lead performance, including engagement metrics, lead quality, and conversion rates. Generate reports to guide future marketing and franchising efforts.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role, with exposure to franchising, retail, or the F&B industry preferred.
  • Familiarity with social media management and digital marketing analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of franchising and experience in franchise marketing is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
