Experience: 2+ years as a Business Analyst.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience translating complex business needs into structured requirements.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Agile Methodology: Experience working in Agile development environments, with skills in backlog management and sprint planning.
Certification: Scrum Master Certification and familiarity with OutSystems development are preferred.
