We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Compliance Officer/Quality Management Representative to ensure the organization adheres to legal regulations, industry standards, and internal policies. The role involves overseeing compliance programs, managing quality management systems, and promoting a culture of accountability and excellence within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Compliance Duties:
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and address non-compliance issues.
- Stay updated on changes in regulatory requirements and communicate their impact to the organization.
- Prepare and submit compliance reports to regulatory authorities and senior management.
- Investigate and resolve compliance-related complaints or violations.
- Provide training and support to employees on compliance policies and ethical standards.
Quality Management Duties:
- Manage the organization's Quality Management System (QMS) to meet industry standards such as ISO 9001.
- Develop and update quality policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Coordinate internal and external quality audits and ensure timely corrective actions.
- Analyze quality data, identify trends, and implement measures for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with departments to address quality concerns and improve processes.
- Act as the main point of contact for external audits and certifications.
- Promote a quality-focused culture across the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum [X years] of experience in compliance, quality assurance, or a similar role.
- Experience with regulatory frameworks and industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.).
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements relevant to the industry.
- Proficiency in quality management principles, tools, and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for documentation and reporting.
- Ability to conduct audits, manage risks, and handle sensitive issues with discretion.
- Proficiency in using compliance and quality management software/tools.
Other Requirements:
- Certification in compliance or quality management (e.g., ISO Lead Auditor, Certified Compliance Professional) is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
