SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences;
- Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals;
- Set specific objectives and report on ROI;
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news);
- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics;
- Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews;
- Oversee social media accounts design (eg. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout);
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions; and
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.
AUDIO ENGINEER
- Understanding client briefs and selecting the appropriate sound and mixing equipment for the project;
- Communicating with clients and coordinating with other staff members to ensure deadlines are met and projects are completed to specifications;
- Setting up equipment safely and on time;
- Designing audio systems and advising clients on equipment purchases;
- Testing and troubleshooting equipment regularly. and replacing any faulty components;
- Fixing and enhancing sound at live events;
- Collaborating and networking with other Audio Engineers and professionals in the field;
- Participating in training opportunities and constantly finding new ways to improve skills.
TALENT COORDINATOR
- Negotiating and issuing contracts for live performances.
- Collecting deposits and disseminating promotional materials.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with renue managers and promoters,
Social Media Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, with expertise in handling social media accounts and driving engagement.
- Strong knowledge of current trends in social media platforms and audience behavior.
- Excellent communication skills: Ability to engage with online communities, respond to queries, and manage customer feedback.
- Proficiency in SEO, web traffic analysis, and understanding of analytics tools to measure ROI and improve performance.
- Experience in content creation: Writing, editing, and publishing engaging content (photos, videos, text).
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams (marketing, sales, customer service) to maintain brand consistency.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to design social media profiles and timelines, ensuring a cohesive brand presence.
- Ability to monitor and report on social media performance, identifying key metrics for growth.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and other design tools.
- Creative mindset to suggest and implement promotions, contests, and other strategies for increasing brand awareness.
Audio Engineer Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Audio Engineering, Sound Design, Music Production, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Audio Engineer, with a strong portfolio of projects, especially in live sound and studio environments.
- In-depth knowledge of audio equipment: understanding client needs, selecting appropriate gear, and setting up for various events.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills: Ability to diagnose and fix issues with sound equipment, ensuring high-quality audio production.
- Strong communication skills for liaising with clients and team members to ensure project specifications and deadlines are met.
- Ability to design and recommend audio systems, offering clients advice on sound solutions and equipment purchases.
- Experience in live sound enhancement and the ability to adapt to dynamic environments during events.

- Experience in managing and handling logistical details related to talent appearances.
