Financial Knowledge
  • Combination of data entry, research, and administrative support duties.
  • Ensure all customers/clients receive the highest level of service by answering inquiries and resolving issues, primarily through email and Monday Boards.
  • Respond to basic inquiries from Brokers, agents, and customers/clients concerning a policy status or billing error.
  • Ensures that all relevant requests are promptly addressed and accurate information is effectively communicated to the client.
  • Ensuring the accuracy of all updates made to client payment information, billing plans, effective date changes, and endorsement requests through both backend and frontend systems
  • Bachelor’s or College degree on IT or any related computer courses.
  • Bachelor’s or College degree in others or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
  • Strong research and organizational skills
  • Critical decision-making Skills
  • Ability to complete redundant tasks
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent Computer Skills
  • Experience with property and casualty insurance or commercial insurance (preferred)
  • Amenable to work in graveyard shift and onsite at San Juan City
