- According to the platform localisation expansion plan, source local crypto Futures channels and high-quality KOLs to establish partnerships;
- As the primary contact person of the channel / KOL, responsible for related events, campaign feedbacks etc.;
- Work with the growth operations team and channels/KOLs to design and execute suitable campaigns to acquire more users, and increase conversion rate and trading volume;
- Identify growth opportunities, build relationships with influencers, affiliates, and crypto communities to enhance brand visibility for our mature exchange platform;
- Monitor and assess industry trends and customer drivers and discuss strategies with team lead and stakeholders regularly;
- Maintain existing channel / KOL relationships and ensure sound communication between both parties based on business progress;
- A diploma or above, crypto exchange BD experience, and futures trading BD is mostly preferred;
- Understand local cryptocurrency policies and trends;
- Understand business etiquette, have a cheerful personality, good communication and negotiation skills;
- Have a deep understanding of cryptocurrency-related terms and trends, and enjoy crypto culture;
- Ability to seek KOL’s through social skills and develop a pipeline;
- Familiar with YouTube, VK, Instagram, Telegram, Discord, Twitter and other social media, and have their own cognition and unique insights into the content produced by KOLs;
- Fluent in English and one of the local languages [Russian, Korean】 to communicate with local counterparts;
- Having proven records of crypto derivatives channel / KOL resources business development;
- Junior experience is eligible to apply;
- Willing to work remotely;
- Passion for high commission sales work;
