Key Duties:
- Identify and qualify potential leads, understand their specific needs, collaborate with technical teams, and drive sales efforts to exceed targets.
- Develop and deliver client-focused presentations, product demonstrations, and customized proposals, while managing Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Engage with senior executives (C-level and VP-level) to address their challenges and provide tailored solutions.
- Cultivate new business opportunities and nurture strong relationships within the existing client base.
- Keep detailed records of sales activities, opportunities, and progress in Salesforce (CRM) to ensure accurate reporting.
- Work closely with management to create sales forecasts, analyze market trends, and recommend strategic solutions to address emerging challenges.
- Address client concerns, ensuring issues are efficiently resolved, and escalate more complex matters when necessary.
- Actively pursue outbound sales strategies, including 40 cold calls per day and email campaigns to close business deals.
