Work Location: Binondo, Manila
Contract Duration: 5 months initially with possibility of extension
Work Set-up: Full Onsite; Day Shift
Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and qualifications.
- Using job boards, social media, networking events, and internal databases to find potential candidates.
- Building talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Negotiating offers and facilitating communication between candidates and employers.
- Staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience with Recruitment (This is a Jr-Mid Level role)
- Good Communication skills
- Experience in hiring Drivers (Cranes, Trucks, etc), Finance/Sales roles is a MUST
