This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Executive at Elite Headhunting Inc. The role is located in Pasig but allows for some work from home flexibility. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management on a day-to-day basis.
- New Business Development and Lead Generation skills

- Experience in sales or business development
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Knowledge of HR processes and practices is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
