We are seeking a skilled and motivated US Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and hiring candidates for U.S.-based roles across various industries. You will play a key role in identifying top talent, managing the recruitment process, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage full-cycle recruitment for U.S.-based positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and other recruitment tools.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Negotiate salary and benefits packages in alignment with company policies and market standards.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and clear communication.
- Stay updated on industry trends, hiring best practices, and U.S. employment laws.
- Track recruitment metrics and generate reports to assess hiring effectiveness.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on U.S.-based hiring.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Skills:
- Proven experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong understanding of U.S. employment regulations and compliance.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple job requisitions simultaneously.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Experience recruiting in industries such as IT, healthcare, finance, or legal (preferred).
