Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Training and Engagement Officer located in Makati. The Training and Engagement Officer will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs, conducting employee training sessions, and evaluating training outcomes. The position also involves developing engagement strategies, communicating effectively with all levels of staff, and maintaining training records.

- Skills in Training & Development, Training, and Employee Training
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Organizational and record-keeping abilities
- Experience in a corporate or business process outsourcing environment is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field
