Junior Recruiter

The Pride Global network of companies focuses on a diverse array of human resources solutions, including managed services, vendor management, payroll programs, business process optimization, and staffing for both direct hire and contingent labor.

Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for US Clinical Positions
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
• Utilize various recruitment methods and channels to attract top talent.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings as necessary.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Preferrably have at least 6 months to 2 years of recent experience in BPO, recruitment, or sourcing, or related field preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be amenable to work onsite in the night shift schedule (office is located in Insular Life Building along Ayala Avenue, Makati)
