To support this expansion, they are hiring a Head of Business Development to drive sales, build strategic partnerships, and lead market expansion efforts.
The Role
As Head of Business Development, you will play a critical role in shaping the company’s growth strategy. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, securing high-value partnerships, and leading sales initiatives to increase market penetration. This role requires a strategic, results-driven leader with a strong background in B2B SaaS, tech-driven business solutions, or digital commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
? Strategic Growth & Expansion: Develop and execute a business development strategy to drive revenue and market growth.
? Sales & Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and close high-value B2B deals, establishing strong relationships with key clients and partners.
? Market Analysis & Positioning: Conduct competitive research and assess industry trends to refine go-to-market strategies.
? Leadership & Team Development: Build and manage a high-performing business development team.
? Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to align growth initiatives.
? Performance Optimization: Track and analyze business development KPIs to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
What we're looking for:
✅ 7+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
✅ Proven track record in B2B SaaS, cloud-based solutions, or enterprise sales.
✅ Strong network and understanding of SME business needs and digital transformation trends.
✅ Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
✅ Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
