JOB SUMMARY:
The Marketing Analyst is responsible for tracking, analyzing, and reporting the financial performance of marketing promotions, programs, and campaigns. The role ensures marketing efforts align with financial goals, stay within budget, and generate the expected return on investment.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Analysis: Monitor marketing expenditures, assess ROI, and develop financial models to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
Sales Performance Tracking: Analyze sales trends linked to promotions, identify growth drivers, and prepare revenue reports.
Budget Management: Assist in budgeting, track expenditures, and recommend budget reallocations based on performance.
Reporting & Insights: Develop financial reports, dashboards, and spend analyses for key stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, sales, and finance teams to ensure financial alignment and optimize strategies.
Compliance & Process Improvement: Ensure financial transactions comply with company policies and identify process efficiencies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Experience: 2-5 years in financial analysis, preferably in marketing or sales finance.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools (Power BI), and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
Soft Skills: Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, excellent communication, and ability to work collaboratively.
