We’re Hiring: Technical & Customer Support Specialist

What You’ll Do:
Provide first-line technical support to clients via email, chat, and phone.
Assist users with platform navigation, account setup, and troubleshooting.
Resolve queries related to trading systems, payments, data feeds, and performance issues.
Collaborate with tech and product teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Document client interactions, FAQs, and support workflows.
Help build trust and maintain long-term client relationships with timely, clear, and professional communication.
Who You Are:
You have experience in customer support, technical support, or a helpdesk role—ideally in fintech, finance, or SaaS.
You're tech-savvy and a quick learner with solid problem-solving skills.
You understand (or are eager to learn about) trading platforms, basic market mechanics, and financial products.
You communicate clearly and patiently—especially when explaining technical concepts.
You’re detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in fast-paced environments.Nice to Have:
- Experience with CRM tools (like Zendesk, Intercom, or HubSpot)
- Familiarity with trading platforms (e.g., MetaTrader, TradingView, Interactive Brokers)
- Knowledge of APIs, basic troubleshooting steps, or trading-related regulations
