ROLE SUMMARY
Our client is seeking a Marketing Technology Specialist who will play a vital role as the subject matter expert on utilizing marketing technologies to improve the company’s marketing efforts, including search engine optimization, customer segmentation, and social media. This individual will be responsible for aligning digital marketing strategies with the company’s business goals, implementing marketing automation tools, optimizing SEO, ensuring website privacy compliance, and providing data and reports to the leadership team to make informed business decisions. This role requires effective coordination with internal team members, as well as outside vendors to align marketing efforts across the organization.
WORK SCHEDULE: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM US Time (Pending Time Zone), follows Philippine holidays
POSITION TYPE: Full Time

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Evaluate, implement, and improve marketing technologies using best practices
- Handle process design, implementation, and continuous improvement
- Create and manage email campaigns
- Conduct competitor and industry research
- Be involved in LinkedIn marketing best practices frequently
- Report on website and SEO performance monthly
- Implement website enhancements, including design, optimization, performance, functionality, quarterly audits, and security
- Serve as a marketing technology subject matter expertise
- Manage tasks and projects
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A Bachelor’s degree in the related field is preferred
- Web development skills with HTML, SQL, CSS, JavaScript
- Extensive experience with developing WordPress websites and blogs
- Strong email sequencing and campaign experience
- Experience with HubSpot transitioning from Salesforce and Pardot
- Experience with GoDaddy hosting security suite
- Familiarity with uptime monitoring tools, backup solutions, broken link checkers, performance testing tools, and cache management tools
- Experience with Google SEO and SSL auditing and optimization
- Experience with Asana or similar project management tools
- Background in Google Ads/PPC and Google Analytics
- Possesses Google Suite skills, including Google Docs and Google Sheets
