The Data Analyst will be responsible for reviewing, maintaining, and enhancing system. We are a growing fashion e-commerce group operating across B2C B2B (wholesale), and Amazon. We use data to drive product, content, and marketing decisions. We're hiring a Remote Data Analyst to help us scale by turning data into action.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales, product, and customer data from Shopify, Amazon, TikTok, Instagram, and email platforms.
- Identify trends in bestsellers, returns, pricing, and ad performance.
- Create weekly dashboards and reports to guide business decisions.
- Segment customers and boutique buyers for targeted outreach.
- Monitor B2B order trends and report which products are gaining traction.
- Track marketing performance and suggest improvements in ROI.
- Highlight inefficiencies and recommend data-driven solutions.
Nice to Have (Bonus Points):
- Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Klaviyo, or Meta Ads.
- Knowledge of SQL or Python for data analysis.
- Prior experience in fashion, e-commerce, or marketing analytics.
