Our ideal candidate is a tech-savvy responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing the company's machines, computer systems, and IT equipment to ensure smooth daily operations.


Technical Support Specialist Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Troubleshoot and repair.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Install and configure hardware, software, and related systems.


Qualifications and Traits:

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and machine maintenance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Detail- oriented with a strong commitment to safety and quality.


Work Experience:

  • Must be a graduate of Electronics, Electrical, IT, Vocational Graduate or completer can be considered
  • Work Experience must be related to any technical, mechanical, engineering, and machine works
  • With certification on any machines (Other if related certification is an advantage)
  • Professional License/TESDA Course certificate is acceptable
  • Amenable to onsite work
