- Develop and execute content for digital and print platforms, including social media posts, ads, flyers, and marketing materials. Utilize tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and basic video editing tools to create engaging and effective content.
- Manage social media platforms, SEO efforts, and content marketing strategies to drive engagement and conversion.
- Track, analyze, and optimize marketing campaigns using marketing analytics tools to assess performance and improve future initiatives. Provide detailed reports on campaign success and insights.
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Work closely with other departments to align marketing strategies with company goals. Be open to feedback and contribute to team discussions to continuously improve marketing efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing and the real estate industry. Apply knowledge of market trends to craft relevant campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Assist in the creation of sales strategies and marketing activities that help achieve sales targets. Create and maintain client databases, generate sales reports, and contribute to lead generation.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing events and corporate initiatives.
- Foster a collaborative team environment, ensuring an open exchange of ideas and supporting the growth of the team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and projects.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, including SEO, social media, and content marketing.
- Skilled in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and basic video editing tools.
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing analytics tools to track and optimize campaigns.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to craft clear, compelling content.
- Creative and strategic mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing solutions.
