This role involves comprehensive social media management, encompassing content planning, creation (text, images, videos, infographics), scheduling, and posting across platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Spaces. It also includes copywriting and editing for consistent messaging across all digital communications, with attention to basic SEO principles. Furthermore, the position supports website updates to ensure current and accurate content. Performance monitoring and analysis of digital campaigns, along with regular reporting on key metrics, are essential. Finally, engaging with the online community through timely and professional responses to comments and messages is a key responsibility.
Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: Assist in planning, creating, scheduling and posting content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Spaces).
- Digital Content Creation: Develop and curate engaging and creative content, including text, images, videos and infographics, tailored to the target audience.
- Copywriting and Editing: Provide clear, consistent messaging aligned with the company's voice and tone across all digital communications. To apply basic SEO principles to digital platforms.
- Website Updates: Assist in updating and maintaining company website content, ensuring it is current, accurate and aligned with the company's messaging
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns using digital performance tools available. Prepare regular reports on key metrics.
- Community Engagement: Engage with online community by responding to comments, messages and reviews in a timely, compliant and professional manner.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Meta Business, etc.).
- Creativity in content creation and campaign development.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
