- Assist in recruitment, employee onboarding, training programs, and performance management.
- Support employee onboarding and training programs.
- Coordinate performance evaluation and feedback systems.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Assist with employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant HR experience in a corporate environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills; excellent interpersonal and team management capabilities.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, standard working hours, occasional overtime may be necessary.
