Training Specialist - Ortigas

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver product training using face-to-face, digital, and blended learning techniques.
• Collaborate with the Training Manager to create and update training programs, materials, and assessment tools.
• Prepare and customize scripts for field staff during product launches, sales promotions, and corporate events.
• Track training progress and compile post-training evaluation reports.
• Conduct nationwide audits to ensure employee knowledge and adherence to company standards.
• Assist in creating audit requirements, including memos, forms, schedules, and progress reports.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in training, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong decision-making and leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and in teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. Basic knowledge of video/photo editing is an advantage.
• Above-average communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated with a pleasing personality and a strong sense of initiative.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
