Radix HR is looking for an Events Marketing Specialist to assist in planning, executing, and managing promotional events, brand activations, and retail marketing campaigns for top brands like Nestlé and Marlboro. This role is ideal for candidates interested in event planning, brand marketing, and retail activations, with ample opportunity for career growth.

You will spend significant time in the field, ensuring events run smoothly and align with brand strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events, brand activations, and marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate event logistics, including timely setup, operation, and breakdown of events.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and retail teams to integrate events into larger campaigns.
• Manage event budgets, vendor relationships, and logistics to ensure events stay on track.
• Ensure event execution adheres to brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

Qualifications:

• Experience in event planning, marketing, or retail activations is a plus but not required.
• Strong interest in event management, brand marketing, and promotions.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to do fieldwork and occasional travel.
• Eagerness to learn and grow into a leadership role.
