We’re on the hunt for a passionate and creative UI/UX Designer to shape intuitive, beautiful, and user-centered digital experiences. In this remote role, you’ll collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life, translating business needs and user insights into impactful design solutions.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
  • Information Architecture & Wireframing: Develop clear and logical information architecture, user flows, and wireframes to define the structure and navigation of digital products.
  • Prototyping: Create low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes to visualize design concepts and facilitate user testing and stakeholder feedback.
  • UI Design: Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
  • Interaction Design: Define and document interactive elements and behaviors to enhance user engagement and efficiency.
  • Usability Testing & Iteration: Plan, conduct, and analyze usability testing sessions to identify areas for improvement and iterate on design solutions based on feedback.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders throughout the design and development process.
  • Design Documentation: Create and maintain design specifications, style guides, and pattern libraries to ensure design consistency and facilitate development.
  • Staying Updated: Keep abreast of the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.


QUALIFICATIONS

Essential:

  • Proven experience minimum of 3 years as a UI/UX or Product Designer
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking across web and/or mobile projects
  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
  • Solid grasp of user-centered design, usability heuristics, and WCAG accessibility standards
  • Experience in user research and usability testing
  • Ability to create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes
  • Strong visual design sense—typography, layout, color
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken


Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience working in Agile environments
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Understanding of data visualization concepts
  • Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics or similar
