  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed targets.
  • Set individual and team sales objectives, and monitor performance through KPIs.
  • Identify new market opportunities and customer segments.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to improve strategies.
  • Ensure the team provides excellent customer service and maintains a strong brand reputation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).
  • At least 3–5 years of proven experience in sales, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
